Nick Singh is a senior deep-technology leader working across semiconductors, photonics, quantum technologies, and AI hardware. He is currently Chief Technology Officer at the Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult, where he leads national programmes advancing compound semiconductor technologies from research through to industrial adoption.

With experience building and scaling technology organisations across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia, Nick specialises in translating frontier research into real-world systems, manufacturing capability, and market impact.

As an Honorary Professor with the University of Bristol, working with Smart Internet Lab, Nick supports research, innovation, and the commercialisation of next-generation connectivity and computing technologies.
