He leads initiatives applying cutting-edge AI pipelines — including dialogue clustering, topic identification, and large-scale sensemaking — to support deliberative peacebuilding processes.

Joshua’s expertise bridges artificial intelligence, complexity science and emerging technologies for a sustainable society; creating new pathways for conflict transformation in divided societies and to strengthen human-centered dialogue across global communities.

Joshua holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS from the United Nations African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in English (UN-ARCSSTE-E), where he studied under a full scholarship awarded by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) and the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) of Nigeria.

He is also currently affiliated with the Santa Fe Institute as an early-career Research Scholar, contributing to interdisciplinary research on scaling laws, emerging political economies, and national energy usage.
